The GORE-TEX® membrane offers an optimal combination of breathability and insulation, ensuring dry feet and optimal comfort for a wide range of outdoor activities - in all weather conditions.

INTERNAL MIDSOLE SYSTEM
The Internal Midsole System (IMS) is an exclusive technology applied in the construction of the AKU insole. The traditional support structure made of nylon is combined with a layer of microporous material, which is attached to the inside of the upper shoe. This system, in which the sole perfectly adapts to the anatomy of the foot, ensures even pressure distribution, prevents lateral and forward sliding under heavy stress, provides shock absorption, and maximum wearing comfort.

IMS 3
In the version IMS3, the Internal Midsole System is coupled with an Exoskeleton construction and a second internal element made of molded EVA. The outer structure made of lightweight Polyurethane, a resistant, stable, and durable material, provides protection and support at key points, thus ensuring additional safety with every step. The layer of molded EVA, a softer material, also provides cushioning and damping, for a particularly comfortable walking feeling.

PERFORMANCE FIT
Narrow, enveloping lasts for professional footwear in the Mountain segment, favoring precision and sensitivity for use in rock climbing and on ice.

VIBRAM
Soles Vibram® are developed with regard to sole profile and composition of the rubber compound according to the requirements for the special field of application of the shoes.

Anonymous wrote on 29.10.2020 Super bequemer Schuhe für meine eher breiten Füße. Sitzt gut am Fuß und hat guten Grip. Trocknet gut durch und ist leicht. Bzgl. der Haltbarkeit keine Empfehlung. Nach ca. 100 km Laufleistung reißt die Sohle an mehreren Stellen, der Schuttrand löst sich vom Obermaterial (Stoff) und die zahlreichen Nähte im Obermaterial gehen bei leichtem Schutt- bzw. Felskontakt kaputt. Andere Hersteller vernähen zusätzlich oder lassen Nähte an ungünstigen Punkten einfach weg. Dieser Schuh ist wahrscheinlich zu leicht und designorientiert aufgebaut. Schuhe von Salewa oder Hanwag haben mich nachhaltig über Jahre begleitet. Tennistown tut sich mit der Reklamationsabwicklung schwer. Ein Mangel wird nicht gesehen, die Einsendung an den Hersteller wird abgelehnt. Der Hersteller selbst würde sich den Schuh nach Übersendung von Fotoaufnahmen aber gerne ansehen und tauschen. Was nutzt das aber wenn der Aufbau des Schuhs selbst nach einem Austausch identische Mängeln aufweist. Über Tennistown wurde ein Gutschein angeboten, der deutlich unter dem Kaufpreis liegt, eine Erstattung wurde abgelehnt. Der Gutschein ist sicher besser als ein Totalverlust oder ein Tausch-Schuh der mangelhaft haltbar ist, dies dürfte Tennistown sehr wohl bewusst sein. Der Kunde steht mit dem Rücken zur Wand. Keine Empfehlung für den Schuh, sowie Verkäufer (der Kaufpreis ist nicht alles). Conclusion:
keine Empfehlung da nicht haltbar
