This well thought-out 2-in-1 jacket with thermoregulating insulation can be worn either individually as a waterproof, breathable softshell jacket or as an insulating inner jacket - or in combination as a protective jacket in autumn and winter.
The two-layer outer material is made of our Powertex fabric, which has a high water resistance (water column) of 20,000 millimeters
The water column describes the pressure required for water to penetrate the fabric. In addition, the material is equipped with a PFC-free DWR impregnation (Durable Water Repellent), which not only protects against water but also dirt, contributing to breathability
The jacket is also part of the Salewa Committed collection, whose products are manufactured according to strict environmental and social standards
The inner jacket features our 80-gram lightweight TirolWool® Responsive insulation, made from wool from Tyrolean mountain sheep that live year-round at over 2000 meters altitude and have ideally adapted to harsh weather conditions
The insulation material is also finished with Responsive yarns: These yarns contain thermoreactive minerals that recycle and slowly release the body's emitted far infrared energy (FIR)
This creates long-lasting, sustainable warmth
The inner jacket is also removable and ideal for cold but dry weather
Behind the simple design lies high functionality: The two-way front zipper is water-repellent, the sleeve cuffs can be adjusted in width with a snap button, and the hood is adjustable.
