A customer wrote on 05.02.2023 Die sehr gut. Kundenbetreuung extrem unflexibel. Hätte die Schuhe gern zurück geschickt. War nur einen Tag über der regulären rückgabefrist. Angeblich war da gaaaar nichts zu machen. Pfff. Wers glaubt wird selig. Hab ihnen meine finanzielle Not auch erklärt. Führte kein Weg rein. Von daher negativ Conclusion:
Schuhe gut. Kundenservice grottig
